Winter party in CA

i have no idea what i'm doing!!!!

I want a small party at my house that isn't too expensive, but still memorable.

But i also want it to be unique. I was thinking we can watch a movie, do some henna tatoos but that's all i got so far.

Please help me!!! P.s remember this is a winter sweet 16 party in CA.
