Where should I have my party?????

I live in vero beach and I want to have a sweet sixteen in my budget which is 200 dollars. The problem is I dont know where to have the party. Help???

since you live in vero beach, are yoou near by the beach? if so, then you can have a beach party, bring music, I know kids loves to dance, they will all enjoy your party.

Bring something to grill, hot dogs, hamburger and drinks that would be wonderful.
