im trying to plan a sweet 16 party on a very low budget. i need fun creative idea's that are cheap but nice.

im thinking a glow in the dark/ neon party would be nice. i have a venue already but i need idea's on some things

for one, the cake. what should it look like? what are some fun crazy ideas that would go with a glow in the dark theme? i wanna make one large cake and then a bunch of cupcakes too. ideas for those?

also decorations. i need some suggestions on what to do for those.

and party favors.

also i need advise on what to wear. i'll be asking my guests to wear as much white and neon colors as they can, but i wanna stand out. any ideas?

and what food is good to serve? and drinks?


the party is boys and girls, i have a venue and a dj already. i would like to keep the total cost of the party under $500. thanks so much!!
