Under 18 Nightclub in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Minnesota

My friend and I are trying to plan a fun sweet sixteen party.

We don't live in a big and exciting town, so what are some ideas to have a fun party?

Not too expensive, but since it will be a double party it can be a little spendy.

We were thinking of getting a small group of friends and going out of town for something different, but cannot find the perfect thing to do.

Does anybody know of an Under 18 Nightclub in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Minnesota?

That was our original plan, but are having trouble finding one.
