Truth or Dare
Truth or Dare is one of the most popular party games in the world. This is really one of the easiest games to play because you really don't need any supplies to play, just some good old fashion imagination. There are various ways you can play this awesome game Here are a few versions with cool ideas and instructions.
Water Fight Version:
You will need:
Water balloons/ water guns Large yardVarious truth or dare questions 2 teams of equal number of players
Objective:
Play the game in a water fight dodge ball style. Players must remain in order by line or number. Each player is assigned a truth or dare question while being bombarded with water balloons. If you are dared to jump on one foot for 5 minutes, you must do so while throwing water balloons at your opponents.
If you are hit and splashed by a water balloon you are out. If you fail to complete a dare you are out. If you catch a water balloon you can bring a teammate back into the game.
I made this game up a few years ago with some friends and it was the most fun game we ever played. Try it out and you'll have a blast!
Team Version:
This is a cool version of the game. There are two ways that you can play this game:
1. As a simple game of truth or dare calculated by points. If someone on your team fails to complete a dare your whole team loses points. The winning team gets cool prizes, or can make the losing team do whatever they want.
2. Each team represents one person. This means that instead of one person being dared to do something silly, the whole team has to do it!
Dare scavenger hunt:
This is a cool version where there are no truths to the game. This is a scavenger hunt based on dares. You must perform each dare to be rewarded a clue for the next dare. The winners is awarded with a cool prize.
Spin the bottle dare game:
Instead of playing spin the bottle to kiss, why not spin the bottle to dare! All that you will need to play this version of truth or dare is a bottle and a group of friends sitting in a circle.
Players must take on their assigned dares when the bottle lands in their direction. Anyone who refuses to take on a dare is out. This a really fun game to play.
If you need some dares, have everyone in your group write some dares on small pieces of paper. Pull a paper of of a hat and do the dare! Make sure to respect the house rules or the game can end faster than you'd wish.
Dare Ideas
Sometimes when it's our turn to give a dare to someone, are minds run blank. So here are a few great dares to pull out of a hat or just remember to dare your friends.
Make up a fake accent and use it for the remainder of the game
Sing the child song "I'm a little tea pot " in front of everyone, with body actions and all!
Draw a mustache and gotie on the chosen persons face
Do your very best impression of someone in the group for everyone to guess
Give the chosen person a makeover with a blindfold on
Make up a wrap or love song about the person who dared you
Say something really random like "I peed in the pool" after everything you say for the rest of the game
Do the best impression you can of a character from Shrek
Allow someone to cover your face with whipped cream.
Attempt to do a 10 second handstand.
Do the Macarena
Do the moon walk across the room after every dare you call or take
Make a prank call to someone you know saying what your teammates instruct
Allow the person beside you to crack an egg over your head
Do the chicken dance on video
Dance with a broom on the street singing "I'm a witch"
Break dance to a song
Wear all of your clothes inside out
Wrap the person beside you in toilet paper
Imitate a random player for at least one minute
Any player who wants may rub their feet all over your face for 30 seconds.
Do the best impression of a bunny that you can. You can only stop when your group is impressed with your act.
