Totally Clueless!?

So my "Sweet 16" is next year but my parents and I wanted to plan ahead for budget and other reasons like vacations and stuff.

My birthday is July 3rd and practically everyone else in my family has a birthday in the summer so we will be celebrating a lot.

I am the oldest of all the kids in my family. I want a party that is unique but can be done on a budget because my dad is in the Coast Guard and my mom stays at home with my brother and I.

I like music such as pop and country. I love Harry Potter and Taylor Swift. I think Disney movies rock.

I love to sing and have a good time with my friends. My favorite color is green. Because I like so many different things I can't decide on a party theme.

And to plan everything else like the cake, games, and outfits and the sort I need a theme. So my question is:

Do you have any unique party themes for a unique girl like me?? I am in desperate need of ideas so if you can help that would be awesome...Thanks:)
