Too Much?

So, my 16th birthday is in July, 2 weeks after my best friends.

We have decided to have a joint party, and hopefully have it out at campground or something of the sort.

The only thing is, I'm scared my parents won't let me stay out.

It would be so much fun if I was allowed to camp out overnight with my friends, but my parents are pretty strict with stuff like this.

And the LAST THING I want is my parents staying with us! Is there anything I can do to convince them that I will be ok? Is this reasonable?
