Tips and Tricks for Sweet 16

Hey, so i started brain storming some ideas for my sweet 16 which is around the first week of June.

I decided to have it then because my family and I might be going on vacation when it is actually my birthday on June 11.

Do you think that this is a good idea, or should I make it actually n my birthday?

Also, I created a rough draft guest list of about 20 people.

I don't know whether i should go formal.. or since its summer if I should (this is the idea I really liked) go out to lunch or dinner with my friends in sun dresses and make it really summery then go swimming late at night.

What do you suggest? Also what games or activities could we do?

I really don't want it to be that expensive and I might cut down the guest list... I just want this to be a very special celebration.
