Tiara, Shoe and Candle Ceremonies

I'm freaked out about knowing when to do what. When to make speeches; are the ceremonies performed in silence or is music playing or someone talking?

Is the candle ceremony right before we eat the cake? Is someone talking during the process explaining what we are doing?

Do I set a specific time to present the cake, or already have it sitting out?
