Theme for Black, White and Red Colors

I was thinking about having a black, white and Red sweet 16 theme.


I have three weeks until the party (24 days) and I would like it to be semi-formal/casual. There are going to be girls and boys attending.


But mostly family members because I just moved to NYC like 4 months ago.


I want to be the only one wearing red! or should i just find a dress with all three colors? I'm guessing there shouldn't be more than 50 people at this party.


I would like to know what would be a good theme for this type of party!
