What are some cool activity ideas to do at a sweet 16 pool party with boys and girls?

Im planning this party for my best friend, and i want it to be an awesome night that she will remember for the rest of her life, the activitys need to be inexpensive, and there are going to be boyss there so it needs to be something they will enjoy as well.

She does have a pool, but im looking for things we can do out of the pool ?
