Sweet Sixteen Party Locations/ideas

I was meant to share a sweet 16 with my best friend.

but now her parents said no because she is doing a teen tour too and her parents told her to choose.

we were going to do it at a place that has $40 per person... but i feel that's too much for just my parents to pay.

so i still realllyyyy want to have a sweet 16 so i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas as a second choice, id reallyyyy appreciate it.
also, if this helps:

-my backyard is wayyy to small to throw the sweet 16

-i have a neighborhood beach, but its not in good condition... AT ALL.

-the party is going to be in the middle of june

-it will be co-ed

-about 40-50 people?

-and id rather not have it be a swimming in the beach thing because the water is nastyy... and it wont be warm enough i think


also id reallyyyyyy prefer not to have it at the beach
