sweet sixteen - NEED IDEAS!

My 16th birthday party is coming up and I am stuck for ideas.

Most my friends just have house parties which i would love, but my parents would never let me do that in our house.

I would love to have a party that's unique.

My parents are just making ends meet and i understand that.

But I just really want to have a great party, as i have never had a proper birthday party since my mum died 5 years ago.

so please help me! thank you x
