Sweet Sixteen Ideas

Oh my. Okay, my birthday isn't until May but I want it to be fun and memorable so im trying to think of what to do in advance.

I live in an apartment building so i can't really do anything really loud (although my neighbors will understand some noise because of a teenage birthday party i can't go overboard)and im not sure what to do at my party.

I have basically no budget (allowing for a few decorations and some food) also i have a lot of guy friends and a lot of the ideas on this site are like, girl oriented (which is understandable), so i don't know what to do until the guys leave.

I'm thinking of having a party with the girls and guys and the guys can stay till 11-12ish and the girls can sleep over.

And, to top it all off, one of my guy good friends ( who i may or may not have a crush on...) dated one of my best girl friends and it didn't really end too well.

i really want to invite them both (and im sure they could put there differences aside for one night) but im not sure if that would be too awkward, but i really want to invite him.
