sweet sixteen idea and supplies

I'm giving my daughter a sweet sixteen BD party.

One of her ideas was a Harajuku Baribie and Ken theme.

How can I pull this off...keep in mind we are African Americans.

I recently planned a Harajuku Party, and lucky me for i visited the fashion capital a couple years back.

In order to plan this kind of party you bright colors, neons and metallics.

For tableware play with pink and black, nothing wrong with mixing and matching. Hope this helps.
