Let’s go with formal invitations here. I think that a sweet sixteen birthday party is an important enough celebration to have a little bit of formal fun.

You can make your own or buy invitations at any card store in bulk. You can also use software to make your own and print them from home for free!

How do we do this? Well, grab a pen and paper and write out a list of necessities. The most basic necessities include:
