Sweet 16 surprise party for my daughter's boyfriend

My daughter, her boyfriend's mom, and I are planning a sleepover party at our house. It's cold out here so we need things to do indoors.

We figure on having 5 boys and 1-2 girls. Any suggestions? He loves soccer, Xbox- games like Halo, Call of Duty, etc.

He also loves puzzle games like tavern puzzles and card games.

Would like to make it somewhat special as he hasn't had a party for years and he turns 16 this year.

Something more than just a sleepover. I was thinking fireworks, bonfire but need something for if it rains.
