Sweet 16 Party Ideas

Hi, I am turing 16 in 5 months and i don't know what to do for my party! Im thinking a big party with all my friends or just a get together with a few of my close friends whats better in your opinion?

Which things do you like best out of these ideas?
- dance on a boat
- hall party
- limo party
- hotel party

but also my birthday is in january the winter time so there is not much i can do what would you suggest to do ?

I am also not sure what colour themes it should be, i wanted pink and black but its to common i would like a different unique colour theme do you have an suggestions?
