Sweet 16 Paint Party/ Carnival/ Yaught

Okay, so my sweet 16 is may 21st and I need a fun thing since it falls on a saturday.

My best friend gave me an idea for her party and I loved it so I don't know what to do.

She said I can copy her but i don't know..its a paint party.

Everything is supposed to be black and people wear white.

And then the whole party is glowing because you throw paint on each other.

I was thinking a carnival but my sister did something similar.

I want to have something memorable but not like a huge dance party. I want activities.

I was thinking maybe like the paint thing but during the day, like not glowing and having a water slide or maybe a day on the boat with friends.

But I can't decide on which theme I want to go with, I have so many fun ideas.

What do i do?
