Sweet 16 On A Budget

My daughter Sierra will be turning 16 in Novemeber, I've always had fun themed parties for her up until the last few years.


I want her sweet 16 to be the talk at school, she goes to a school where most students have a lot of money and unfortunately I'm a single mom and I don't.


She is very popular, beautiful and has lots of friends and she doesn't think that I am cool.


So I guess my question would be what kind of party would make her the talk of the school and make everyone want an invitation, on a budget?
