Sweet 16 BBQ?

My birthday and my best friend's birthdays are on the same day, so we are having a combined Sweet 16. We just want a simple party, so we are planning an outdoor party with around 15-20 people.


Our parents are going to cook on the grill and make the cake. But, what do we do for a party outside? We need some game or activity ideas to keep us and our guests entertained throughout the party. We also need some breakfast ideas for the girls sleeping over.

How do you feed 15-20 girls breakfast for not a lot of money?
