Surprise Sweet Sixteen

Hey, my name is Taylor and I'm here to get some help. My best friend is turning sixteen in July, and her mom wants me to help throw her a party, kind of like a "surprise" party, even though my friend kinda knows about it.

I'm stumped on ideas right now. Her favorite color is red, she plays volleyball, basketball, and is in drama.

She likes all kinds of music, mainly hip hop, and country like music. She loves turtles, and almost any animal.


We're on a tight budget, but I want to make this special for her in any way.
