Suprise Costume Scavenger Hunt Party

by Pam
(Tenneessee)

We invited boys & girls and then went to gathering costumes for the kids to wear.

We numbered the costumes and let each kid draw out a number.

They had to wear the costume that corresponded with the number. No matter the costume. Meaning that even if a girls costume was drawn the boy had to wear it.

Then we went on a scavenger hunt. We had made up clues that would lead each team to the next clue.

The first team to gather all their clues and return to the house won. The catch was that each team had an adult driver (to stay under the speed limit) and had to have their picture taken when they found each clue.

Everyone had to get out of the car and get into the picture. Going into Wal-Mart to retrieve a clue with teens dressed in costumes was very humerus.

Party was in March. (Call ahead gain permission to leave clues on property, or with an employee.)

Great fun!!
