Simple and elegant

I am a banquet manager for a hotel and am planning a sweet 16 party for June.

I have spoken to the mother and have some ideas, but she is just a blank slate. She is getting a car and I know how I want to handle that.

I know some of the "traditions' and can incorporate a couple into the evening. Her primary color is pink.

The mother wants pink table clothes with white napkins and that's fine, no problem. My problem is other than a DJ, what is a good idea for them to do?

I just had a wicked idea....twister with a twist...whipped cream to make the game much harder and funny. Did I mention that this is a formal event? Please advise.
