Short Notice Sweet 16

My party is next week and i don't have anything ready.

I have given out invitations but that is about it.

It is in a banquet hall and that is already booked. The DJ is booked and the caterer is booked.

I don't have my dress, my shoes, or accessories.

I still need to plan out everything and I know i have left everything to last minute.

But that is only because I thought it was next month but my dad thought I said it was this month and booked everything and made the invitations to next week.

What do i need to do because i am so stressed that I can't even make a list.

Also where can i get my dress from in such short notice?
