Short Notice for an Awesome Sweet 16?

Hey there! My birthday is coming up in approximately 20 days. I was thinking I could have a birthday going along with the October theme, like going to a Haunted Corn Maze or Haunted Mansion.

However, I'm not sure how fun that would be, and what we could do afterwards. I cannot do anything at my house, considering I live in a small apartment.

Another idea is just dressing up and going out to a nice dinner and then seeing a movie, however that idea seems so overused. Help, please?!

Also note: This party has to be able to be done in a short amount of time and small budget.
