princess sweet sixteen party

Hi!
I wanted advise on what to do for my sweet sixteen and my budget i can go to is about $300 to $400 so if you can give me advise of what to do with my friends on my Sweet sixteen that would be great..

And just for the record my sweet sixteen is on Aug 13... the theme i want to make it is princess type.. like with a tiara and everything..
