So my sweet 16 is in a month!! I wanted to have a winter them mixed with a princess theme. I was thinking everyone wear black and white and my 16 honor guessed wear something royal blue.



I already have my dress, which is royal blue, and the music, but I was wondering how much a hall, food, decorations, and invitations would be on average for and evening december party?


Also if you have any ideas for food or decorations I would highly appreciate it.
