Please help!

So, I'm a freshman in high school and in a couple of months I will be sixteen. I don't really want to have a big party for multiple reasons, one being I only want to celebrate my birthday with close friends and most of my friends from school live really far away.

So I'm looking at a party of anywhere from about three to nine girl friends. My house is big enough to hold the party but it doesn't necessarily have to be at my house.

A slumber party might be nice, my friends and I really just enjoy being crazy and hyper we aren't afraid to act like children. I also don't think my parents are really giving me a budget however, I would not like to spend too much money on this party.

My birthday is in May so the weather should be fairly nice. I really want my sixteenth birthday to be very fun night with no boring moments. (my birthday falls on a Friday so I'd celebrate either that Friday after school or the next day, Saturday)
