You will need to choose the perfect party theme, the right location, your budget, and the guest list!

You will need to consider what you will have to buy, if you will bake the birthday cake or buy one, and you will want to plan your sweet 16 candle ceremony. There are also shoe ceremonies and the father- daughter dance.
