Sweet 16 Party by: Sweet 16 Black Light Party/Neon
At my Daughter sweet 16 Black light party.. We made Party ((( Kit's )))for everyone ( not!!! goodie bags like you would for little kids!!!!! )))).. In the bags we put, One white tee shirt, One invisible pen to wright one your skin, High lighter, A lot of glow stuff, Blinking fangs stuff like that, We gave them out 1/2 way throw the party. All the kids had such a blast writing on them self and each other.

You can throw a glow/neon party just about anywhere.
Call the hotels closest to your area and ask them about their party halls/reception rooms.
Most hotels have HUGE rooms specifically made for parties and wedding receptions. They aren't usually too expensive either.
Most offer tables and even catering if you want, and you just bring your own decorations. You can have strobe lights and black lights set up in the room as well.
Talk to the person in charge of the room rentals and they will either tell you if they set up the black lights or if you set them up yourself.
Some Gyms also offer party rooms. There are also many ballrooms and banquet halls designed specifically for larger parties.
Just check them out on Google and you will definitely find some good places!
