PARTY IDEAS
(Virginia)
My birthday is next month, and I haven't had a birthday party in a while, so I'm a little stumped.
I think we're going to rent out a place, we're working with a fairly open budget, but I don't want to spend too much money at all.
My mom had an idea that we could play an iPod or hire a dj, and throw out objects from Oriental Trading that correspond with the song (i.e. throw sunglasses to "Sunglasses at Night" by Corey Hart) to the guests.
I'm into indie-alternative music and classic rock, and I want the party to be fast-paced but not exhausting.
It's coed and I'd like it to be low-key and fun for everyone! Any ideas on games or activities to keep kids happy? Thanks!
