party ideas for four girls and a guy

I live in south florida and i want to have a small party with my four best friends(three girls and a guy).

I cant do any parks because my best guy friend is afraid of heights so that means no roller coasters.

I was thinking about renting a hotel on the beach and renting some movies, eating snacks, then in the morning juss chillin at the beach all day but i don't know what to do for fun activities.

Also, because i live in south Florida i can go to the beach any weekend so i want to be able to do something different.

I would love to hear some new ideas or to hear some activities or elaboration on my plan.
