Ok .. So i was wondering how much its really going to cost .. will it be expensive ?

& should i hire a party planner ?

Sweet 16's can range from 100 to thousands of dollars all depending on what you want to do and how many people you invite. Hiring a party planner would be more costly. I would say ditch the planner and do it yourself.
