Outgoing, Not Expensive and at least 40 people?!

I really want something cool, and kinda different for my birthday in early September.


I'm thinking around 40 people or so since we cant have many at my house. My mom says we don't have enough room, but all my friends and I agree I SO do!(tips on how to talk her into this would be great!)


I AM turning 16 and will probably do the candle lighting thing since I love recognizing the people I love.


I need this to be at least under $200 since my parents cant really afford something huge. Its on the verge of short notice but I'm great at being creative and love planing!


I love music, people,dancing, movies and just having a great time! This will probably be outdoors.(I DO have a pool and an area around it)


It can be relatively simple(its still my sweet 16 so I want it to be special)
