One of a kind CHEAP sweet sixteen

My birthday it October 28th. That's about three days before Halloween.

My problem is that my birthday is originally on a Thursday, so i would have to have my party that weekend on Saturday, but that Saturday is Halloween.

I think it would be really cool to have my bash on Halloween, but I just cant think of a theme that has nothing to do with Halloween.

The thing is i WANT IT ALL ABOUT ME, and not about Halloween, i have NO theme ideas. I DO NOT want my bash to be anything about, or even close to a Halloween theme.

Please help me figure out a girly theme for my girl friends, and my guy friends to have a blast, but still NOT to expensive !

What should i do ?
