No theme..just color scheme.!

I've wanted to have a sweet 16 for a long time and now that it's almost time (May 16, 2010) I'm totally lost.

I started out with a color scheme of neon green yellow orange and hot pink and then I decided to incorporate polka dots.

but I got nervous about that and changed to just my colors.

now I'm not sure how to decorate...I don't want a lame party.

Can you help?????
