Neon paint party

Hey,

My birthday is next month, on January 31, and I'm planning on a small but exciting party.

I want to make it a neon paint party. There will be black lights with small tubes of neon paint that everyone can dance with and splash around. The paint on everyone will glow.

I'm so into this idea because I want my party to be different from the typical party that all my friends throw. Everyone thinks my idea is a bit far-fetched though, do you think it is even possible?

Finding a place is a huge that would allow such a party is going to be one of the biggest challenges, but do you have any solutions like covering the place with sheets or something? And do you know where I can purchase the neon paint in large amounts from?

I want this party really badly, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
