The theme Neon Carnival is a very Funky and fun idea! on the tables were metal frames in the form of an street cone with neon feathers that are pink, yellow, ,green, ect.

And for a snack there is a DIY pop corn maker and a DIY candy floss maker.

You can find blow up chairs and couches at many joke or party shops for pretty cheap. These would be great for a neon carnival.

Have everyone wear at least 1 article of white clothing, whether it be a hsirt, jeans or a hat so that they glow in the dark.

For this theme you will need black lights and decorate with neon colors.

You will have to keep the room as dark as possible to show off the neon colors better. Provide the guests with glow sticks at the entrance.

Tape up large sheets of white paper on the walls for the guests to sign. Provide highlighters for the guests to write on the sheeted walls. Be careful that they don't start drawing on furniture, however.

If you know someone who is artistically talented, then pick up some glow in the dark face paint. You can never be too old for some awesome face glowing.
