Need help

Okay, I am 15 and starting to plan my sweet 16 but don't know where to start.

I want a theme that not many people have used. I really like horse and photography.

I Would like to try to get both of those in. I want something that will be really fun and will have everybody talking.

I want something where I don't have to wear a dress(not a fan).

I would like to have a somewhat big party because I have not had a big party before and what would you recommend for a venue for that theme.

Please help me. And do you have and recommendations for a party planning book?
