i want to have a memorable and supper fun sweet sixteen party. Ive had a few ideas that my parents said were to expensive and i haven't come up with anything new lately.

i need some interesting ideas that i can do. i have a budget limit of $250 and that includes the cake. i want something that will be fun and ensure that my friends and i dont get bored.

please help! i need to start planning ASAP, some suggestions are well appreciated.
