Need help on party ideas b/c of past lame parties....PLEASE HELP!!!

I don't have many freinds at school and I have seen the show My Super Sweet 16, and I'm not rich like those kids are and my birthday is the day before Christmas

and I need ideas for a party because My mom is Russian so my 15th birthday was suppose to be like a sweet 16 but that dindt happen and my other birthdays were lame because of my parents.

I want this to be very remembered and not crying at the end of the day. I want my freinds to be jelouse.

Im only 16 once so I NEED TO HAVE THIS PARTY AWESOME!!!! please HELP!!!!!

Think about things you have around the house..Recycle if you don't have a big budget...

Think of wrapping paper rolls as candy sticks, think of plastic plates on top of each other wrapped in a metallic paper as sweets... ideas are endless make it special

Have a glow in the dark party
have black lights and stick glow sticks on everthing and have a dance.
