Need help! My mind has gone!

Hi!
My name is Rebecca Dugas. I will be 16 on March 30th. I want (like any girl) a sweet party.

I really want to remember that day as a good time, not just any other party. We family doesn't have a lot of money, so I'm not sure what all I have to chose from.

If you could help me with some ideas that are cheap enough so I can have all my friends, but also so thing way different from most parties; that would be amazing!
