My Tiny Party

For my sweet 16, my mom doesn't want a big blow out party, just my closest friends and me to do something, anything as long as it is not very expensive.

I live right outside New York City and I want to do something where we can get dressed up or can do more than sit at a show or just have an evening event.

I want it to be grownup but at the same time age appropriate where we can be treated like we are not children.

I just want it to be a real party where we can have a great time. Also my birthday is in the summer but my party will be in mid-June.
