I'm going to be 16 next year and thought that it might be a good idea to start planning early!

I have no idea about what I want to do for my party, though I probably want to have an 'experience' with one close friend and then a separate party for a group of girls.

I don't enjoy dancing (that includes discos...) and have done the whole theme thing:

-Underwater
-Harry Potter
-Spooky
-Egyptian
-Rainbow
-Witches
-The letter 'L'
-Arts and Crafts
-Explorers

I want to do something different that's not too expensive; I had thought about going out for a meal but there are around 12 of us, it would probably cost too much and be a bit inconvenient.

I would appreciate any ideas that you can come up with!

What about if you ordered a Chinese take away lets say, instead of buying 12 dishes that more than likely nobody will eat.

How about ordering 6, for my 15th last year, there were 14 of us and we ordered about 7 dishes and still had loads left over.

If you get a variety people can pick what they want, a choice is always good. (:

And I really like the Egyptian theme, my friends did that once and it worked out great.

Here are a few cool themes:

-Hollywood/ Red Carpet/ Movie Premier- (formal dressing, photo shoot, a red carpet at the entrance... spectacular!)


-Viva Los Vegas- (Bright Lights and decorations, cool Vegas like casino games)

-Color Theme- (simple party decorated with your favorite color. Everyone dresses in that color.)

-Twilight- (dress as vamps from the hit saga... a new party theme page will soon be made for this theme)

-Masquerade- ( Semi formal or formal dress code, bright colorful decorations, and everyone wears a mask!)

-Anything But Clothes Party- (This should make your party an exciting hit. Everyone makes their own outfit out of anything... except clothing material!)

-Toga Party- ( Guests will make their own togas to wear to your party out of white bed sheets. It's a fun theme. People usually get really into making their unique togas.)
