My sweet 16 and my golden birthday is this coming January and i have no idea what to do.

I have a lot of friends and i want them all to come but my mom doesn't wast to spend a lot of money.

I want to have a fun party that everyone will enjoy and i will to.i want it to be energetic cause that's the way i am. i don't know if i want it to be formal or not. but i just want to have fun.
