major sweet 16 help!

So my sweet 16 is in a month and i have no clue what to do.

I was planning on going to palm springs with my 3 best friends and do stuff there and go out at midnight.

BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT FUN STUFF WE SHOULD DO???!

We want to get all dressed up and go out. we are super girly and love to have fun anywhere.

Oh and I am also on a budget i cant go full out on money.... :(

Can you give me more fun ideas that my friends will love?
