looking for a perfect sweet 16 dress...any options?

i am going to have a sweet 16 and i have no clue what dress i want.

the theme to the party is a nightclub themed sweet sixteen and the main colors are hot pink, black, and purple.

I dont want to blend in...i want to stick out and look better than all the people that will be attending the party.

I would like either a mini or a midlength dress...i also want a dress that can fit my body type...my bust is a small b-cup...my waist is a 28 in. and my hips are 32 in.

i have very long legs and are 5'6. any suggestions. the most i am spending on the dress is $100 and if i have to $150, but only if i have to absolutely have it.
