My birthday is in January, so my sweet 16 is going to have limits. I won't be able to have a pool party or a beach party like some people do.

It's going to be really cold that time of year, and I need a sweet 16 theme that will blow my friend's minds without blowing a hole in my parents wallet.

Please help me! I just need a list of Sweet 16 themes that are incredibly unique and can be done indoors. Thank you!
