I'm 15 (almost 16!) and on a budget.

Hi! I'm a 15 year old girl who's Sweet 16th birthday is coming up in February.

I have NO CLUE what I want to do for my party. I am a very loud, extravagant person who has a lot of friends.

I would love to have a really fun. exciting party. Maybe one where people can dress up.

I am on a budget though, nothing too expensive but obviously it will have to be somewhat pricey in order for it to be good.

I like the idea of a dance but I do not have a lot of male friends so does that mean my friends would have to bring a date?

Please help!

A dance party is really cool.

You don't need to have a ton of guys to throw this party. You can always say in your invitation... "Date Optional." Im sure a ton of girls would like this idea.

Plus you never need a lot of guys to dance. Girls like dancing whether or not guys are there.

Just grab a few decorations, make it glow in the dark, or even neon if you want to fancy it up a bit.

Have everyone wear something in white and you'll have yourself an awesome party!

Making the party formal isn't hard either. Just create a dress code, allowing semi formal or very formal dress wear.

Decorate elegantly. Usually black and white or black and silver look awesome.

White and your favorite color can work great as well. Using streamers, ceramic flowers and a few balloons here and there look really nice.

Sometimes simple is best, and most fun.
